At Premiere Online Vape Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your hardware and accessories. If your device is defective or you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unused items and manufacturer-related issues.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging and that the security seal is intact for liquids, or that the hardware is within the 30-day warranty period for defects.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box and ship it back to our processing center using a tracked shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition or defect of the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
