How do you verify the age of your customers?

What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer flat-rate shipping across the United States. Due to the PACT Act, all vape shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. Orders typically process within 24-48 hours and arrive in 3-7 business days.
Do you offer a warranty on hardware?
Yes, we provide a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturer defects on all electronic mods and starter kits. Please note that this does not cover physical damage, water damage, or normal wear and tear.
Can I return e-liquid if I don't like the flavor?
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on e-liquids, coils, or disposable devices once the packaging has been opened. If you received the wrong flavor by mistake, please contact support before opening the seal.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your shipment's progress.
